Wand Ban of 1631

The Wand Ban of 1631 is an act of the English Ministry of Magic which forbids the possession of wands by non-human magical beings (W3). It is presumably the same as the Ministry of Magic Decree of 1631 and a precursor of the Code of Wand Use (GF9).
