Stink Pellets are a magical prank item that can be bought at Zonko's Joke Shop in Hogsmeade.
When Harry Potter was not allowed to go to Hogsmeade with the other third-years, Argus Filch found him prowling the empty school corridors and suspiciously asked him why he was not in the village buying Stink Pellets, Belch Powder and Whizzing Worms (PA8).
