Ginny Weasley patches her copy of One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi with Spellotape in the holidays before her third year (GF10).
Kreacher mends the glass frame of a photograph of Bellatrix Lestrange that he rescues from Sirius' purge of number twelve, Grimmauld Place with Spellotape, and keeps the photo in his den (OP23).
Harry sees Spellotape in one of the drawers of the desk in Umbridge's office at the Ministry of Magic (DH13).
