Smeltings

Smeltings is a Muggle school in England, which Vernon Dursley once attended. He and Petunia sent Dudley there, too; Harry, however, would have attended Stonewall High if he had not received his Hogwarts letter (PS3). Vernon has fond memories of Smeltings, of the food in particular (CS1).
The school's uniform consists of: a maroon tailcoat, orange knickerbockers, a straw boater hat, and a knobbly stick with which to hit things (and people) (PS3).
