Six Words

Six Words is a collection of Flash Fiction by Angel posted at The Unknowable Room. Angel reckons it is the shortest drabble collection on the website and possibly on the internet. The fic itself is a collection of six-word sentences encapsulating characters from the Harry Potter series and was nominated for an Hourglass Award in the category of Best Drabble or Drabble Collections.

The fic itself was inspired by Ernest Hemingway's six word story: For sale: baby shoes, never worn.

Six-word mania

The fic has spawned a number of insane fangirls over at the Forums including Chelle, Chris and Runi. They have a tendency to speak in six-word sentences and squee about it. Angel finds it both flattering and terrifying, worrying that their six-word sentences may in fact better her fic's and she would have to admit defeat.

The Six Words craziness originated in a post by Millie. There is now a topic devoted to it in the Obsessions forums. Posting there in anything other than six words warrants immediate deletion or editing.

One curse: always a step behind.
