Shrunken Head

Shrunken heads are predominantly featured in the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie. A shrunken head with a dubious sense of humour sits by Ernie Prang in the Knight Bus, and a few heads guard the entrance to the Three Broomsticks.

The Three Broomsticks shrunken heads forbid Ron and Hermione to enter the pub, claiming that underage wizards are not allowed that day. Harry enters with the help of his Invisibility Cloak, and overhears Minerva McGonagall, Fudge and Rosmerta talking about Sirius Black's youth, and his friendship with James Potter (PAM).

Harry sees an unpleasand shop window displaying several shrunken heads when he visits Knockturn Alley in the summer before his second year (CS4).
