Romania is a country in southeastern Europe (WP).
There is a famous dragon sanctuary in Romania. Ron Weasley makes arrangements with his brother Charlie to have Norbert the Norwegian Ridgeback sent there (PS14). Charlie works at the sanctuary; because of this his hands are full of calluses and boils (GF5).
The four dragons for the first task of the Triwizard Tournament are imported from there (GF19).
The Romanian Longhorn dragon is native to Romania (FBAZ).
