Review Team

The UR.org Review Team was founded by Dede, who announced the groundbreaking program on July 25, 2007.
Currently, as the program is in its early stages, Review Team members review fics with five or fewer reviews.
The goal of the Review Team is to provide quality feedback and constructive criticism to the many deserving authors in the Unknowable Room community; reviewers are encouraged to offer not only honest opinions and critiques, but also solutions to writing's pitfalls. It is hoped that the quality of site reviewing as a whole is improved with this program.
Members of the Review Team must have:
- A registered account on UR.org
- Book knowledge (canon information from the seven books)
They also must be:
- Skilled with grammar, punctuation, spelling.
- Helpful, compassionate, and, above all, patient.
All members have to follow a review structure when reviewing. It is of vital importance to "remember to maintain a direct, honest, and sincere tone while conforming to the rules of grammar, spelling, and syntax." There is a private list in which certain fics are compiled in hopes to receive a review. The treatment and attention given to the fics are the same for all stories.
