Rabastan Lestrange, brother of Rodolphus Lestrange, is a Death Eater. He was sent to Azkaban, along with his brother Rodolphus, his sister-in-law Bellatrix and Barty Crouch Jr., for torturing Frank and Alice Longbottom and driving them into insanity, after Voldemort's disappearance (GF30).
He escaped the wizard prison in the mass breakout after the Dementors joined Voldemort (OP25), and participated in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries (OP35).
