Character:Quintius MacBoon

Quintius MacBoon was the head of the MacBoon clan. According to legend, he killed Dugald McClivert, head of the McClivert clan, which shared the Isle of Drear with the MacBoons. This made the McCliverts surround the MacBoons' houses and Transfigure them all into five-legged creatures—Quintapeds—that ended up killing all the human inhabitants of the island.

The Quintapeds resisted all attempts to Untransfigure them, but after exterminating the McCliverts they realised that there was no wand-carrier left to turn them back into human form (FBAZ).
