Quidditch Cup
From UnknowableWiki
The Quidditch Cup is the inter-house Quidditch championship hosted yearly at Hogwarts. Quidditch season at the school starts on the weekend after Hallowe'en. The trophy—the Cup itself—is huge and silver (PA8).
When Harry Potter joins the Gryffindor Quidditch team, the captain, Oliver Wood, tells him that Gryffindor has not won the cup since Charlie Weasley graduated. The team succeeds only in Harry's third year, after a thrilling match against Slytherin.
