Permanent Sticking Charm

The Permanent Sticking Charm is a spell used in order to stick a given object on a surface permanently. There is no known counter-spell for it (OP6).

Mentions of objects that have been stuck with the Permanent Sticking Charm include:

• Walburga Black's painting in number twelve, Grimmauld Place (OP6);
• The tapestry depicting the Black Family Tree, in the aforementioned house (OP6);
• The painting of an unknown person in the Prime Minister's office used to arrange meetings between the Minister for Magic and his Muggle counterpart (HBP1);
• Posters of bikini-clad Muggle girls, Gryffindor banners, pictures of Muggle motorcycles and of the Marauders, in Sirius Black's room in number twelve, Grimmauld Place (DH9).
