Character:Ivor Dillonsby

Ivon Dillonsby is a wizard who claims to have discovered eight uses of dragon's blood before Albus Dumbledore. According to Dillonsby, Dumbledore stole the papers and claimed the discoveries for himself. Rita Skeeter interviewed Dillonsby for her book The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore; his tale is told in chapter sixteen (DH2).

In the chapter of her book entitled "The Greater Good," Skeeter cites a statement of Dillonsby's to emphasize her point that Bathilda Bagshot is no longer completely sane (DH18).
