Hogwarts High Inquisitor

Hogwarts High Inquisitor was an office created by Fudge as to have more control over the school. The first ever and the only one to ever have gotten the title was Dolores Umbridge (OP15).
While High Inquisitor, Umbridge made a number of Educational Decrees in order to take firm control of the school's students, faculty, and curriculum.
