There's an ugly stone gargoyle on the second floor, which moves aside if the correct password is said aloud (they usually are a variety of sweets, such as sherbet lemons or Cockroach Clusters). Once the gargoyle moves aside, stone steps move like an escalator that leads to the Headmaster's office's door.
