Hair-thickening Charm

The Hair-thickening Charm is spell cast by Miles Bletchley on Alicia Spinnet while she was working in the library, in one of the many Slytherin attemps to hex Gryffindor players. The hex caused the Chaser's eyebrows grow thick and fast. When she finally arrived at the hospital wing, they had gotten in the way of both her vision and her mouth. Despite the testimony of fourteen eye-witnesses of the encounter in the library, Snape insisted that Alicia must have attempted the charm on herself (OP19).
