Flame-Freezing Charm
From UnknowableWiki
The Flame-Freezing Charm is a spell mentioned in A History of Magic, by Bathilda Bagshot. The book states it was used by the witches and wizards who, on rare occasions, happened to be catched by Muggles during the witch-burnings of the fourteenth century. With the use of this spell, the flames caused only a tingling feeling so pleasant that the likes of Wendelin the Weird allowed themselves to get caught forty-seven times just to experience it (PA1).
