Fanged Frisbees are a type of magical toy.

On Argus Filch's request, Albus Dumbledore announces at the start-of-term feast of 1994 that Ever-Bashing Boomerangs, Screaming Yo-yos and Fanged Frisbees have been added to the list of objects forbidden inside the castle (GF12). Nevertheless, Fanged Frisbees continue to be popular with Hogwarts students. Filch blames this on lax punishments; he is therefore delighted when Dolores Umbridge replaces Albus Dumbledore as headmaster and promises him that Educational Decree Number Twenty-nine will allow corporeal punishment. As he comments to Harry Potter: "Nobody would have thought of throwing Fanged Frisbees down the corridors if I could've strung you up by the ankles in my office, would they?" (OP28).

On the way to breakfast on the first day of classes in September 1996, Hermione Granger confiscates a snarling, lime green Fanged Frisbee from a passing fourth-year student. Ron Weasley tugs it out of her hands, commenting that he always wanted one. Hermione protests, but her voice is drowned out by the giggle of Lavender Brown, who has a crush on Ron. After breakfast, Katie Bell congratulates Harry on being made Quidditch captain. She warns him to choose his team carefully, as many teams have been ruined by captains who just let in their friends. Ron, who hopes to be chosen for the Quidditch team by Harry, starts playing with the Fanged Frisbee to hide his discomfort. Snarling, it zooms around the Gryffindor common room and tries to take bites of the tapestry. Crookshanks follows it with his eyes and hisses when it comes close to him (HBP9).

Harry sees several Fanged Frisbees in the Room of Hidden Things. It seems that their enchantments wear off over time and they hover weakly over the piles of other forbidden objects (HBP24).
