Edible Dark Marks

Edible Dark Marks are a food item sold at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes in Diagon Alley. In the context of Voldemort's return, the Weasley twins make an effort to lift people's morale by ridiculing the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters. The carton bears the slogan "EDIBLE DARK MARKS - THEY'LL MAKE ANYONE SICK!". When the Trio and the rest of the Weasley family are visiting the store in the summer of 1996, George warns a small boy who has his hands inside the carton that he'll "pay in more than Galleons" if he tries to steal anything. The boy hastily pulls his hand out (HBP6).
