Eagle Owls

Eagle owls are large owls from Europe and Asia (WP). Draco Malfoy owns an eagle owl (PS9, GF13). When Harry Potter falls into a trance during a Divination lesson at the end of May 1995, he has a vision of flying to the Riddle House on the back of an eagle owl that carries the news that Barty Crouch, Sr. is dead to Lord Voldemort (GF29).
