Dundee is a city in northeastern Scotland.

In 1981, Muggles from Dundee and other parts of Great Britain call in to a television station to report that they had received shooting stars instead of the weatherman's prediction of rain. This phenomenon is actually wizards who are celebrating one-year-old Harry Potter's triumph over Lord Voldemort by exploding fireworks (PS1).
