Dragon Milk
From UnknowableWiki
Dragon milk can be used for making cheese. The new revised edition of Charm Your Own Cheese by Gerda Curd has a chapter on dragon milk cheeses (JKRW).
It is unknown what exactly dragon milk is, because dragons seem to be reptiles, not mammals. Their young hatch from eggs, are born with sharp teeth and can eat solid food within weeks. Norberta the Norwegian Ridgeback lives on a diet of brandy and chicken blood for her first two weeks and switches to dead rats after that (PS14).
