Dogbreath is a nickname that Rita Skeeter uses a few times to refer to Elphias Doge in her book The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore. Skeeter, whose biography of Dumbledore is less than favourable, wants to discredit Doge, who glorifies his old friend (DH18).
