Dijon is a city in eastern France (WP). Hermione visits it while spending the holidays before her first year in France, and sees interesting things (PA1, OP20). Rubeus Hagrid and Olympe Maxime, while on Dumbledore's mission to the giants, succeed in escaping from the Ministry official that is tailing them when they are around Dijon (OP20).
