Death Omens: What to Do When You Know the Worst Is Coming is a book in the fortune-telling section of Flourish and Blotts. It has a Grim on its cover.

When shopping for his third-year textbooks, Harry Potter catches a glimpse of the book, and is immediately reminded of the dog he saw in the alleyway between Magnolia Crescent and Wisteria Walk (PA3). The manager of the shop notices his interest, and advises against reading the book; he claims, "You'll start seeing death omens everywhere, it's enough to frighten anyone to death." (PA4).
