The Conjunctivitis Curse is a spell used by Viktor Krum against the Chinese Fireball dragon during the first task of the Triwizard Tournament. Even though the charm brings about intense pain in the dragon and effectively neutralises its combat abilities, the agony causes the Chinese Fireball to smash half of its real eggs. Because of this, Krum does not obtain a perfect mark (GF20).

In a letter, Sirius Black later tells Harry Potter that he would've suggested the use of this spell on the Hungarian Horntail that his godson faces, because eyes are a dragon's weakest point. Sirius also admits that Harry's Summons and use of the Firebolt was a better way to catch the Golden Egg (GF23).

Rubeus Hagrid mentions Madame Maxime used the Conjunctivitis Curse against two giants that were holding the gamekeeper upside-down, after an unsuccessful attempt to give a present to Golgomath, the new Gurg of the giants (OP20).

While this spell is named Conjunctivitis Curse in some editions of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, it can also be found under Conjunctivitus Curse in some editions of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
