Colloportus

Colloportus is a spell used to seal doors. During the Battle of the Department of Mysteries, Hermione Granger casts it on one of the doors of the Time Room, as do Harry Potter, Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom on the entrances to the Brain Room — both occasions are unsuccessful attemps to prevent Death Eaters of getting to them (OP35).
