Wilhelmina Grubbly-Plank is the Care of Magical Creatures teacher who usually substitutes for Rubeus Hagrid when he is unable to teach for varying reasons (GF25 and OP11). She is a far better teacher; the Trio, however, out of loyalty for Hagrid, tends to complain about her classes (OP13).
She taught the class about unicorns and bowtruckles, among others.
