Urquhart Rackharrow is the inventor of the Entrail-Expelling Curse, described as a "rather vicious-looking wizard."

A portrait of him hangs on the walls of the 'Dangerous' Dai Llewellyn Ward, on the first floor of St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, captioned: "Urquhart Rackharrow, 1612—1697, Inventor of the Entrail-Expelling Curse" (OP22).
