Character:Tilly Toke

Tilly Toke (1903–1991) was a witch who performed, along with her family, the largest batch of Memory Charms of the 20th century during the Ilfracombe Incident of 1932, in which a Common Welsh Green swooped down on a crowded beach. She and her family were able to prevent any fatalities among the sunbathers and made sure that the existence of dragons remained hidden from Muggles. For this, she was awarded Order of Merlin, First Class (FW, FBi).
