Character:Tiberius

Tiberius is the uncle of Cormac McLaggen. He was apparently a member of the Slug Club during his Hogwarts days. Horace Slughorn seems to be very fond of him; he saw a picture of Cormac and Tiberius at the latter's house, of when they were hunting Nogtails in Norfolk with Bertie Higgs and Rufus Scrimgeour. Slughorn mentioned this to Cormac in the first Slug Club meeting of 1996 (HBP7).
