Summers is a Hogwarts student, Sorted into Hufflepuff. He attempted to get past the Age Line (presumably using an Ageing Potion) to add his name to the Goblet of Fire, but, like Fred and George Weasley, he sprouted a beard and was sent to the hospital wing (GF16).
