Character:Mr. Roberts

Mr. Roberts was the Muggle manager of the campsite in which Arthur Weasley, his children, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger's tent was located during the Quidditch World Cup final. He was puzzled by many wizards' bewilderment regarding money, and others' (notably Ludo Bagman) loud conversations about Quidditch; Ministry of Magic employees constantly had to Obliviate him (GF7).

Mr. Roberts and his family were tortured by Death Eaters the night after the match (GF9).
