Character:Mr. Patil

Mr. Patil is the husband of Mrs. Patil and the father of Padma and Parvati. He and his wife wanted to take the twins home early in the 1997 school year, but chose not to do so for some reason (HBP11). However, the two girls were taken home before breakfast on the morning after Dumbledore's death (HBP30).
