Morgan le Fay, also called Morgana, is a Dark witch, queen of Avalon, and King Arthur's half-sister. She was an enemy of Merlin's, and of great importance during her lifetime.

Morgana also had great skills as a healer, and was an Animagus who could transform herself into a bird (FW).

Ron Weasley got Morgana's Famous Wizards card in one one of Harry Potter's Chocolate Frogs on their first trip aboard the Hogwarts Express. The redhead stated he already had six cards depicting Morgana, and then gave it to Harry (PS6).
