Character:Miles Bletchley

Miles Bletchley is the Keeper of the Slytherin Quidditch team in the school year of 1991 to 1992 and 1995 to 1996 and probably also in-between (PS11, OP19). Students do not join the house teams before their second year, and repeating a year is rare; therefore, Bletchley must have started Hogwarts in 1989 or 1990 and graduated in 1996 or 1997.

During the match of Slytherin against Gryffindor in 1991, Gryffindor score two goals against Bletchley; one of them occurs when he dives for a Quaffle thrown by Angelina Johnson and misses (PS11).

Before the match of Slytherin against Gryffindor in 1995, Bletchley hexes Gryffindor Chaser Alicia Spinnet from behind in the library in front of fourteen eyewitnesses. Alicia's eyebrows start growing until they cover her whole face, but Bletchley's Head of House Snape does not punish his player and claims that Alicia must have tried a Hair-thickening Charm on herself. During the match, he saves a goal against Angelina Johnson and does not let a single Quaffle in. When the Slytherins in the crowd start a chorus of Weasley Is Our King, he sings along (OP19).

It is possible that Miles Bletchley is related to Bletchley, a Ministry of Magic employee (DH13). The two might even be the same person if Miles started working for the Ministry after leaving school.
