Marcus Flint is a Chaser in the Slytherin Quidditch team, and its captain (PS11).
He is also mentioned in both positions in PA16, even though he was said to be a sixth-year in Harry's first year. J. K. Rowling stated that he had to do a year again [1], but has acknowledged the mistake, coining the well-known fandom expression "pull a Flint."
After that mistake, Rowling made Crabbe and Goyle also being hold back on fifth year.
