Lucretia Prewett (1925-1992), née Black, was the wife of Ignatius Prewett, and the daughter of Arcturus and Melania Black (née McMillan). Lucretia and Ignatius had no children (BFT).

When Sirius Black showed the Black family tree to Harry Potter, he remarked that he and Molly Weasley (née Prewett) were cousins by marriage (OP6). It is therefore very likely that Lucretia married an uncle of Molly's.
