Isla Hitchens was a member of the pure-blood Black family and the youngest sister of Sirius, Phineas Nigellus and Elladora. She was presumably born in the 1850s. She was burned from the Black Family Tree for marring Bob Hitchens, a Muggle or possibly a Muggle-born wizard (BFT).
