Character:Herbert Chorley

Herbert Chorley is a Junior Minister for the British government. He was placed under a poorly performed Imperius Curse in July, 1996, and started acting like a duck. This odd behaviour had him sent home on vacations for a while. When Rufus Scrimgeour became Minister for Magic, he had Chorley sent to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, where the Muggle attempted to strangle three of the Healers examining him (HBP1).
