Harper was a Slytherin student in Ginny Weasley's year. After Vaisey got hit on the head with a Bludger, Harper replaced him in the Slytherin Quidditch team as Chaser for a match against Gryffindor. Ginny was happy to hear of this; in her opinion, Harper was an idiot (HBP14).
