Character:Harold Dingle

Harold Dingle is a Hogwarts student who tried to sell fifth and seventh-years a substance that he claimed to be powdered dragon claws, which would improve their performance in OWLs or NEWTs. Hermione Granger confiscated and destroyed the material after finding out that it was actually dried Doxy droppings (OP31). Dingle also offered to sell Firewhisky to Dean Thomas and Seamus Finnigan when they were planning a celebration to mark the end of the OWLs (OP32).
