Glynnis Griffiths was a Quidditch player who played the position of Seeker in the Holyhead Harpies team. She caught the Snitch in the acclaimed 1953 seven-day game against the Heidelberg Harriers; this capture was renouned as spectacular, and the match is among the most famous in Quidditch history. After the game was over, Rudolf Brand proposed to Gwendolyn Morgan (QA7).
