Character:Evan Rosier

Evan Rosier was a Death Eater who gouged out a piece of Alastor Moody's nose in a duel (GF30). Another Death Eater named Rosier (first name not disclosed), one of the oldest in the group, was probably his father.

Evan was part of Severus Snape's gang at Hogwarts. He was killed by Aurors along with his fellow Death Eater Wilkes a year before Lord Voldemort disappeared (GF27).
