Character:Elfrida Cragg

Elfrida Cragg is a witch whose portrait hangs in the Ministry of Magic building. When Albus Dumbledore sent Everard to the Ministry because Arthur Weasley had been attacked Nagini on duty for the Order of the Phoenix there, Everard ran into her portrait to get a better view of the wizards who were carrying Arthur away (OP22).

Possible spelling error

It is very likely that 'Cragg' is a misspelling of Elfrida Clagg, a famous Chief of the Wizards' Council (FW).
