Eddie Carmichael is a Ravenclaw one year older than Harry Potter.

As a sixth-year, he attempted to sell a bottle of Baruffio's Brain Elixir to Harry and Ron, promising that the liquid was responsible for his nine 'Outstanding' OWLs. Hermione, however, confiscated the bottle before the boys closed a deal (OP31).
