Character:Dot

Dot is a Muggle who lived in Little Hangleton in 1942. She was of the opinion that Frank Bryce should leave the village even after the police released him, because, according to her, the entire village knew that he had murdered the Riddles.

Dot had known Bryce for many years by then, ever since he was a child; she noted that he had always had a terrible temper. A friend of hers mentioned that it would not be wise to get on the wrong side of Bryce (GF1).
