Devlin Whitehorn (1945– ) is the founder of the Nimbus Racing Broom Company, and has helped design the Nimbus Series. He is a huge fan of Quidditch, flies extremely well and plays on occasion (FW). Devlin was Wizard of the Month on jkrowling.com for November of 2004 (WM).
