Character:Cedrella Weasley

Cedrella Weasley, née Black, is the second daughter of Arcturus Black and Lysandra Yaxley. She was presumably born between 1915 and 1919, the respective birth years of her two sisters Callidora and Charis. She married Septimus Weasley and was consequently burned off the Black family tree for marrying a blood traitor (BFT, OP6).

It is very likely that Cedrella is the mother of Arthur Weasley. When Sirius Black showed the Black family tree to Harry Potter, he remarked that Arthur was "something like [his] second cousin once removed"—which would be his relation to a potential son of Cedrella (OP6).
