Bowman Wright (1492–1560) was a half-blood wizard, son of a witch and a Muggle. He was a metal charmer from Godric's Hollow who combined his passions for magic, science and sports. Wright is known for inventing the Golden Snitch (FW, QA4). He was Wizard of the Month on jkrowling.com for the month of December in 2005 (WM).
